We celebrated Pi Day the only way we knew how to in the camp office yesterday \u2013 with s\u2019mores pie! This recipe will be a crowd-pleaser for any occasion. We suggest you try it on Thursday in honor of our 100 day countdown to camp!<\/p>\n

Prep time: 5 minutes
\nCook time: 20 minutes
\nServings: 6<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong>:
\n1 stick softened butter
\n\u00bd cup white sugar
\n1 egg
\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract
\n1 cup flour
\n1 cup graham cracker crumbs
\n1 teaspoon baking powder
\n7oz container of marshmallow creme
\n8 whole (1.55oz bars) Hershey\u2019s chocolate bars, unwrapped
\n1 cup marshmallows
\n\u00bc cup chocolate chips<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong>:
\nPreheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9\u201d pie pan with baking spray.<\/p>\n

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until combined, then add egg and vanilla and stir them in. Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs and baking powder.<\/p>\n

Divide the dough in half. Press half the dough in the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie pan. Evenly spread the marshmallow creme over the bottom crust. Separate chocolate squares and place on top of the marshmallow creme. Place 1 cup of marshmallows on top.<\/p>\n

Using the remaining crust, pat sections of dough on top of and around all the marshmallows (they will still show through and that is great!). Sprinkle with \u00bc cup chocolate chips, then bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Warning: that toasted marshmallow color may induce nostalgia!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remove pan from oven and set it on a wire rack. Let it cool completely before cutting.<\/p>\n
