Not Ready for Summer Camp Just Yet?
Try A Lake Owego PlayDay!

If your child is entering 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade and is not yet ready for camp, we encourage you to visit while camp is in session and try a PlayDay.

PlayDays are an action packed day with a taste of what Owego has to offer for all of our campers from 10 AM to 4 PM. Parents are invited to tour camp and meet with the directors, then they're encouraged to go out to lunch and explore the area while future campers enjoy camp for the day!

Sample PlayDay Mini-Camp Schedule:

• 10:00am Welcome PlayDay campers and a tour of Lake Owego Camp for parents. Campers will start the day at Arts and Crafts, design a hat, a foam finger, a bracelet.
• 11:00am Tennis with our head tennis pros.
• 11:45am Gaga- nothing like bonding with your new camp friends over a game or two of Gaga.
• 12:30pm Healthy Lunch; could be grilled cheese, pizza, hamburgers and hot dogs, always paired with delicious salad choices.
• 1:00pm Basketball- Learn, play, have fun at the basketball courts with our very own Freedo.
• 1:45pm Get ready for an afternoon at Lake Owego’s lake! Boating, sailing and jumping off the Wibit.
• 2:45pm Afternoon snack, its camp, grab an item from Canteen.
• 3:15pm Climbing Wall and Giant Swing- Nothing beats ending an amazing day at Owego with a bit of adventure.
• 4:00pm Parents return to camp to pick up campers.
